Kirsty is the Senior IBD Dietitian at St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney. She also runs her own virtual dietitian business, consulting to people across Australia and overseas. Kirsty has expertise in complex GI conditions and management of IBD, IBS, coeliac disease, eosinophilic oesophagitis, food allergies and food intolerances. Kirsty is part of the GI Dream Consumer Education Working Group.
