Dakota is a dietitian and PhD candidate at Monash University. Her current research focusses on the dietary management of ileal pouches and formerly she ran clinical trials for the Monash FODMAP group and hypertension research laboratory. Dakota combines her research and clinical expertise to deliver compassionate evidence-based care across all ages.
