Dr Jessica Fitzpatrick is an Accredited Practising Dietitian specialising in
gastrointestinal diseases including IBD, IBS, and coeliac disease. She completed a
Masters and PhD at Monash University, researching emulsifiers in Crohn’s disease.
Jessica has published widely, contributed to international and national guidelines,
founded GI DREAM, and is dedicated to evidence-based, compassionate nutrition
care.
