Meet our experts:

Daniel is a consultant gastroenterologist/hepatologist from Melbourne with a recently submitted PhD focusing on steatotic liver disease. He's currently undertaking subspecialty hepatology and liver transplant training in England, and is also a postdoctoral Fulbright scholar with a position at Massachusetts General Hospital & Harvard Medical School

Jessica is an internationally recognised leader in gastrointestinal dietetics, with publications including dietary associations with MASLD. She completed her PhD at Monash University and is currently leading the dietetic service in the DGBI clinic at Alfred Health, and an Adjunct Clinical Research Fellow at Monash University.
